No. Each player is permitted to hold only one active 29ph account. Creating multiple accounts (also called "multi-accounting") is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. If you accidentally created a duplicate account, contact our support team immediately to have the duplicate closed.

Basic details like your email address and mobile number can be updated from your account settings after verifying the change via OTP. However, your legal name and date of birth cannot be changed after KYC verification — these are locked to match your verified government ID. If there is a genuine error in your name or date of birth, contact our support team with supporting documentation.
