The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through shared devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 29ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent time is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
All financial transactions on the 29ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 29ph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit card.
Prohibited payment methods: 29ph does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) for deposits or withdrawals. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your 29ph account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 29ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes on the Platform.

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 29ph may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied. Dormant account balances remain the property of the player and may be reclaimed upon account reactivation subject to identity verification.
29ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal request can be processed. 29ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where it reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 29ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
All content on the 29ph Platform — including but not limited to the 29ph brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 29ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 29ph.
Any unauthorized use of 29ph's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which 29ph reserves all rights and remedies.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 29ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 29ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 29ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager on 29ph. 29ph is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the Platform. Only gamble with funds you can afford to lose.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, 29ph's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
29ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected money laundering; account inactivity; or at the sole discretion of 29ph for any other legitimate business reason.
You may close your 29ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Accounts closed for responsible gaming or self-exclusion reasons are subject to the terms of the Responsible Gaming Policy.
Upon account closure, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after account closure.

29ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 29ph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between you and 29ph arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 29ph customer support. 29ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 29ph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
29ph operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines and Philippine gaming regulations. Players with unresolved complaints may seek assistance from the relevant regulatory authority.
